Pro Skips Australia is committed to providing the best sales service to all of our customers. We believe it is our responsibility to provide our customers with the highest quality service at the most competitive prices.

If you, the customer, cancel your order by contacting Pro Skips team no less than 3 days prior to delivery, either via email or by calling 1800 776 754, you will be entitled to a refund (excluding a $180 administration charge payable to Pro Skips Australia).

In the unlikely event that your bin is not delivered, you will be entitled to a full refund (less the $180 administration fee). This excludes preferred delivery times for that day, only nondelivery. If the service provider reschedules the delivery or collection of the bin, the preceding becomes null and void.

Partial refunds will be issued:

If the customer cancels the order no later than two (2) business days before the Delivery Date, you will be entitled to a partial refund. Pro Skips Australia will charge a cancellation fee of $180 of the charged amount.

If the customer, cancels an order one (1) Business Day before the Delivery Date, you will be entitled to a partial refund. The cancellation fee will be $250 of the charged amount, payable to Pro Skips Australia.

No refund issued:

If the booking is canceled on the delivery date.


An administration charge of $180 of the booking amount.

Refund Account

Refunds will only be granted to the credit card used to make the initial purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation date.
